Join us for Artful Explorations—a welcoming space for guided self-expression, emotional insight, and inner calm through art therapy.

These small-group, biweekly Zoom sessions are designed to help you explore your thoughts and feelings through simple, accessible art processes.

No art experience needed—just a willingness to show up for yourself.

What to Expect:

  • 90-minute therapeutic art sessions guided by an experienced Art Therapist

  • Gentle themes designed to support reflection, emotional processing, and healing

  • Opportunities to share and connect in a supportive community

  • Basic supplies needed: please attend with at least 2 sheets of plain paper + 6 color options (colored pencils, markers, pastels, or whatever you have)

You do not need any previous art experience. The process of creating is more important than the final product. Each person is an expert on their work and will find meaning at a personal level. This will be a judgment-free zone, including your inner critic.

A Safe Place Revisited: Tool Shed

Return to your safe place and explore the tools of support, strength, and healing that arise during a second visualization process.
